At Stonebridge Ranch, we appreciate our qualified resident volunteers who support the Board of Directors through committee service.
Committees provide research, resident perspective, subject-matter insight, and written recommendations to the Board. Committees serve in an advisory capacity and do not direct Management, staff, vendors, contractors, or Association operations.
Submitting this application expresses interest in serving. It does not guarantee appointment, committee placement, or a specific role. Committee service is subject to formal appointment by the Board of Directors.
Application Process
Applications will be reviewed based on committee needs, qualifications, availability, and any potential conflicts of interest. Management may coordinate with the applicable committee chair and/or Board liaison regarding current committee needs; however, the Board of Directors retains the authority to appoint, reappoint, decline to appoint, or remove committee members.
Applicants may be contacted for an interview or follow-up discussion before consideration by the Board.
Expectations
If appointed, committee members are expected to:
Serve in an advisory capacity to the Board.
Follow the approved committee charter, governing documents, and Board policies.
Participate professionally and constructively.
Maintain confidentiality regarding nonpublic Association information.
Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
Refrain from making commitments, promises, or representations on behalf of the Association unless specifically authorized.
Confidentiality
If appointed, committee members may be required, as applicable, to sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement to protect nonpublic Association information, homeowner information, legal matters, financial information, vendor/proposal details, and other sensitive Association business.
