Step 1 — Submit Your Inquiry
Provide your project details, shoe information, desired timeline, shipping location, and any reference images or inspiration for your design.

Step 2 — Review & Quote
Your inquiry is personally reviewed, and you'll receive a custom quote based on design complexity, labor, materials, and overall project scope.

Step 3 — Production
Once your quote is approved, payment is received, and your base shoes arrive at the Sierato Studio, your project enters production. Every pair is individually hand-painted using professional sneaker paints, premium materials, and protective finishes for long-term durability.

Step 4 — Completion & Delivery
After your artwork is completed, each pair undergoes a final quality inspection, receives its protective finish, and is carefully packaged before being shipped back to you.

Step 5 — Current Turnaround Time
Current estimated turnaround: 2–3 weeks

Production time begins only after all three of the following have been completed:

✔ Your project has been approved and accepted.

✔ Payment has been received.

✔ Your base shoes have arrived at the Sierato Studio.

Please note that turnaround estimates may be affected by approval delays, shipping delays, material availability, revision requests, holidays, or unusually complex projects. If any significant changes occur, you'll be kept informed throughout the process.

If you'd like a completely original one-of-one design but don't have every detail planned out, this is the option for you. Tell me your favorite colors, themes, characters, hobbies, or interests and I'll create a unique concept from scratch using my own artistic direction and style.

Each order will be a 1 of 1 and neve recreated for any other client 1 to 1.
