2026-2027 Family Home School Survey
At Saint Ambrose Parish, we recognize that you have thoughtfully chosen to homeschool your children, and we are grateful for your commitment to their education and faith formation. We believe parents and caregivers are the primary educators of their children in the faith, and it is our privilege to support you in that important role. As your parish family, we want to walk alongside you by providing resources, encouragement, opportunities to grow in faith, and meaningful ways to stay connected to parish life. Your feedback will help us better understand your family's needs and how we can best serve, support, and accompany you on your faith journey.
Thank you for taking a few moments to share your thoughts. Your voice is valued, and we are grateful to partner with you in helping your children grow closer to Christ.
All of the questions are optional. Please answer as many or as few questions as you’d like.
