Homecoming Mum Order Policy & Terms & Conditions&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Thank you for choosing Print, Petals & Poppz! Each homecoming mum is handcrafted and customized specifically for you. Please read the following policies before placing your order.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Ordering&#13;&#10;A minimum deposit of 50% is required to begin all custom homecoming mum orders.&#13;&#10;Orders are processed only after the deposit has been received.&#13;&#10;Orders are completed in the order they are received.&#13;&#10;Full payment must be made before your mum is released or delivered.&#13;&#10;Orders placed within seven (7) days of the requested pickup date may be subject to a rush fee based on availability.&#13;&#10;Custom Orders&#13;&#10;Every mum is handmade and customized based on the selections made during the ordering process.&#13;&#10;Please review all spelling, names, colors, mascots, and personalization before submitting your order.&#13;&#10;Print, Petals & Poppz is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.&#13;&#10;Minor design variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of each mum.&#13;&#10;If a requested ribbon, trinket, plush, charm, or specialty item becomes unavailable, a comparable item of equal or greater value will be substituted.&#13;&#10;Pricing&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Base pricing includes the selected mum package. Additional charges apply for:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Custom cutouts&#13;&#10;Glitter or bling upgrades&#13;&#10;Plush animals&#13;&#10;Specialty ribbons&#13;&#10;Extra braids or loops&#13;&#10;LED lights&#13;&#10;Trinkets and charms&#13;&#10;Specialty printing&#13;&#10;Additional personalization&#13;&#10;Rush orders&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Prices are subject to change without notice.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Pickup & Delivery&#13;&#10;Pickup dates and times will be scheduled in advance.&#13;&#10;Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the scheduled time.&#13;&#10;Delivery may be available for an additional fee based on location.&#13;&#10;Once an order has been picked up or delivered, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.&#13;&#10;Changes to Orders&#13;&#10;Design changes may be requested up to seven (7) days before the scheduled pickup date.&#13;&#10;Changes requested after this deadline may not be possible and may result in additional charges.&#13;&#10;No changes can be made once production has begun.&#13;&#10;Cancellations & Refunds&#13;&#10;Deposits are non-refundable because materials are purchased specifically for your custom order.&#13;&#10;Orders canceled after production has started are not eligible for a refund.&#13;&#10;Due to the personalized nature of custom homecoming mums, completed orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.&#13;&#10;Refunds will only be considered if Print, Petals & Poppz is unable to complete the order.&#13;&#10;Care Instructions&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;To keep your mum looking its best:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Store indoors in a cool, dry place.&#13;&#10;Avoid rain, excessive heat, and direct sunlight.&#13;&#10;Handle with care, as ribbons and embellishments may become damaged if pulled or snagged.&#13;&#10;Keep away from pets and small children due to small decorative pieces.&#13;&#10;Photo Release&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Print, Petals & Poppz may photograph completed homecoming mums for use on social media, marketing materials, the website, and promotional advertising. Personal information will never be shared without permission.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Customer Agreement&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;By placing an order with Print, Petals & Poppz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to provide accurate order information and understand that all custom homecoming mum sales are final.
