  • Chamber Après is one of Whistler's most sought-after business networking series, bringing together a vibrant cross-section of our local business community each month.

    We're now curating the 2026–27 Chamber Après season and inviting Whistler Chamber Members to submit a proposal to host one of eleven unforgettable Chamber Après Experiences.

    Host proposals close Friday, July 31, 2026.

    The Whistler Chamber manages ticket sales, registrations, event promotion and on-site event coordination, allowing hosts to focus on creating an exceptional experience for attendees.

    Before you begin, please take a moment to review the host expectations below.

  • If selected to host a Chamber Après, your business will be expected to:

    • Host approximately 50–120 attendees (depending on your venue capacity) between 5pm - 6:30pm on a weekday of your choice*.
    • Provide light appetizers for all attendees.
    • Provide one complimentary welcome beverage (alcoholic) for each attendee, with a non-alcoholic alternative available.
    • Work collaboratively with the Whistler Chamber on event planning and promotion.
    • Create a welcoming networking environment that showcases your business and brand.

    Hosts are encouraged to think creatively and design an experience that reflects what makes their business unique.

  • Host Acknowledgement

    By submitting this proposal, you acknowledge that, if selected, your business will work collaboratively with the Whistler Chamber to plan and deliver a Chamber Après event. Hosts are required to provide light appetizers and one complimentary welcome beverage (alcoholic), with a non-alcoholic alternative available, while creating a welcoming experience that reflects their business and brand. Hosts are responsible for all costs associated with delivering their event.

    The Whistler Chamber manages all event registration, ticket sales, marketing, promotion and event coordination. Ticket revenue is retained by the Whistler Chamber to offset the costs of administering, promoting and delivering the Chamber Après series, allowing hosts to focus on creating an exceptional experience for attendees.

    Event dates will be confirmed by August 17, 2026. Once confirmed, event dates are considered final. Requests to change an event date within the same calendar month must be submitted in writing at least three (3) months prior to the event, and approval is at the sole discretion of the Whistler Chamber. Requests to move an event to another month will not be considered. The Whistler Chamber reserves the right to recover any reasonable costs incurred as a result of late changes or cancellations.

    Grow, Influence and Lead Members receive priority consideration as part of their membership benefits. The final series will be curated to achieve a balanced mix of businesses, industries, venues and experiences.

  • Should be Empty:
