Special Waitlist Terms & Conditions
1. The prices displayed on this form is the deposit: which is 50% of the item's total, and due upon form submission. This amount is nonrefundable or nontransferrable for any reason except for in the case that I am unable to secure your item, or if I am uncomfortable continuing to do business with you.
2. If I secure your items, you must pay the remaining 50% of the item's price within 24 hours otherwise you will forfeit the item.
3. If I do NOT secure the item, you will be refunded your deposit in accordance with the Terms & Condition's refund timelines. I will be contacting you via the preferred contact method stated in this form, so please make sure you check message frequently.
4.This form does not guarantee that you will get off the waitlist, and rather is a statement/commitment of interest in an item.
Example Scenarios:
-Taehyung pays his deposit for a red jersey, but then he finds out that his bestie Jimin bought him one already. Also, Mr. Lee offered to camp out overnight as well so Taehyung wants to leave the waitlist. But Taehyung will not receive a deposit refund.
-Yoongi pays his deposit for a tracksuit, and the item is secured. Amanda contacts him via instagram (his preference) for over 24 hours and he does not respond. Then, he checks his phone and begs Amanda to let him have the tracksuit. Amanda says no. His tracksuit is then forfeited and resold, and he will not receive a deposit refund.
-Jin pays his deposit for a charcoal hoodie in a Large. He then realizees his shoulders are too wide so he wants an Xtra Large. He asks Amanda if he can change his order to an XL and transfer that deposit amount. Amanda says no. Jin is responsible for paying for both the Large and Xl deposit. Jin then gets very upset and calls her a stinky super tuna. Amanda is upset by the interaction and refunds Jin due to his behavior. Jin is also banned from future GOs.
