Thank you for your interest in our Parent & Child Program! Please fill out one enrollment form per child.
PAYMENT: Full payment is required at the time of enrollment. Payment is a one-time fee that covers attendance for all five classes in a session.
MINIMUM ENROLLMENT: Sessions are subject to minimum enrollment. If a session does not meet its minimum enrollment threshold, you will be contacted ten days prior to the session start date and any completed payments will be refunded.
REFUNDS: If you need to cancel enrollment and would like a refund, written notice of cancellation must be received (2) weeks prior to the first day of class. To cancel enrollment, please email admissions@daviswaldorf.org with Parent & Child Class Cancellation in the subject field.
