  •  🍂 Installation & Seasonal Décor Agreement

    We want your Polished Porch experience to be as beautiful and seamless as possible! Please review the following before submitting your request.

    Natural & Seasonal Materials
    Many of the items we use—including pumpkins, gourds, mums, cornstalks, hay bales, and seasonal greenery—are natural products. Colors, shapes, sizes, and varieties will vary based on seasonal availability. These natural variations are part of what makes every Polished Porch design unique.

    Weather & Natural Elements
    Because our designs are displayed outdoors, The Polished Porch cannot guarantee the condition or longevity of décor after installation. Weather, temperature changes, rain, wind, wildlife, insects, and other outdoor conditions may affect natural materials over time.

    Installation Day
    Please make sure the porch and decorating area are accessible on your scheduled installation day. You do not need to be home unless otherwise arranged.

    Existing Décor
    Unless previously discussed, please remove any décor, planters, furniture, or other items from the areas you would like us to decorate before your scheduled installation. If there are items you'd like us to incorporate into your design, please let us know ahead of time.

    Design & Placement
    By choosing The Polished Porch, you're trusting us to use our creative judgment to arrange your selected seasonal décor in a way that best complements your home and entryway. Exact placement may vary based on your porch layout, available space, and the materials available at the time of installation.

    After Installation
    Once your installation is complete, the care and maintenance of the décor become the homeowner's responsibility. We recommend watering live plants as needed and monitoring natural décor throughout the season.

    Payment is due at the time of installation unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
