Call for Conference Session Proposals & Topic Suggestions
Help Shape the 2026 ARMCUMS/ULSCA Conference
The 2026 ARMCUMS/ULSCA Conference will be held October 20-23, 2026 in San Diego, California, and we're beginning to plan an engaging, informative program that reflects the interests and needs of our members.
We invite you to participate in one (or both!) of the following ways:
Submit a Session Proposal
Do you have expertise, innovative ideas, successful programs, or best practices to share? We encourage you to submit a proposal to present a breakout session, panel discussion, workshop, or other educational session.
When submitting a proposal, please include:
- Session title
- Brief description (100–250 words)
- Learning objectives
- Proposed presenter(s) and organization - yourself or someone else
- Preferred session format (presentation, panel, workshop, roundtable, etc.)
- Suggest Topics
Not interested in presenting? We'd still love to hear from you! Tell us what topics, challenges, trends, or skills you'd like to learn more about during the conference, by submitting a topic suggestion below.
Examples might include:
- Industry best practices
- Industry best practices in innovation or implementation
- Regulatory or legislative updates
- Leadership and professional development
- Technology and innovation
- Member engagement
- Case studies and success stories
- Emerging trends
- Networking and collaboration opportunities
