     Submissions are required for each business you would like to include in the Official Destination Guide.

    If you’re unsure what you submitted for your ad last year, there will be an option to indicate that in the form. We’ll follow up and provide that information for your reference.

    If you need assistance with submitting your information for the guide, please let us know by selecting the option below.

    A valid email address is required so we can send you a copy of your contract and follow up as needed.

    Please note that if you do not complete your contract submission, your progress will not be saved. Please finish the process in one session.

    Descriptive listing includes: Business Name, Address, Phone Number, and Website (already provided in your contract—no need to include again), plus a 150-character description of your business.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    Destination Guide Display Advertisers must first place one listing before being eligible to purchase a display ad. Advertisers can purchase up to two ads per DDC partnership. Display ads will be accepted on a first come, first served basis, determined by the date the contract was received.

    Ad Placement - Requests for a specific ad placement will be accommodated when possible, but are not guaranteed.

    All ad art is due September 18th, 2026.

    All partners who reserve an ad will be required to participate in the proofing stage to review, approve, and/request changes to their ads. Destiantion Door County (DDC) is not responsible for any updates or revisions unless the ad was originally created by DDC staff. 

    Proofs will be sent out by DDC around September 25th and all approvals and or requested modifications must be completed by October 9th.
