    I understand that every reasonable effort will be made to protect my consigned property. However, I acknowledge that the business (She's So Tacky) is not responsible for damage caused by normal handling, manufacturer defects, hidden defects, theft, fire, flood, weather events, acts of God, or circumstances beyond its control. I release the business from liability except in cases of gross negligence.

    Once I receive your form, if I am openly taking clients, I will be in touch via text usually within 24 hours for the final steps.

    • If you are having your items priced by yourself, they must come to me priced already - No exceptions.
    • Item transport will be arranged after receiving your form submission.
    • Once I receive your items, you will recieve your invoice for Listing Fees and any additional cleaning fees that may arise. Items will not be listed until an invoice is paid in full.
    • You will also recieve an Estimated Payout List to inventory what is on hand and how much you can expect from sales at their original list price.

    If I am not taking clients at the time of your form submission, you will be placed on a waiting list.
