I understand that participation in activities at Drip Sauna may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Exposure to heat from sauna use
• Exposure to cold water through cold plunges
• Slips, trips, falls, and other accidents
• Physical exertion
• Dehydration
• Dizziness, fainting, or loss of consciousness
• Uneven terrain and outdoor conditions
• Weather-related conditions
• Activities led by third-party event organizers, facilitators, instructors, performers, or vendors

I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume all risks associated with my participation.

I affirm that I am physically able to participate in activities at Drip Sauna.

I understand that sauna and cold-water exposure may not be appropriate for all individuals.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult a healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns, including but not limited to cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, respiratory conditions, neurological conditions, or other health concerns.

I agree to immediately discontinue participation if I experience discomfort, dizziness, illness, or any symptoms that concern me.

In consideration for being permitted to enter and participate in activities at Drip Sauna, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless: Scout & Mowgli Ventures LLC d/b/a Drip Sauna, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation, use of the facilities, presence on the property, or attendance at any event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct as prohibited by law.

I understand that certain events may be organized, facilitated, or hosted by independent third parties. I acknowledge that Drip Sauna serves as the venue and is not responsible for the actions, instruction, services, products, or conduct of third-party organizers, facilitators, instructors, performers, vendors, or attendees.

I understand that photographs and video may be captured during events. I grant Drip Sauna permission to use photographs and video containing my likeness for promotional, marketing, editorial, and social media purposes without compensation.

I agree to:

Follow all posted rules and staff instructions

Respect the property and surrounding community

Participate responsibly and within my personal limits

Immediately report unsafe conditions to staff

I understand that Drip Sauna reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age or that a parent or legal guardian has signed on my behalf. I have carefully read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its contents, and sign it voluntarily.
