EU Right of Withdrawal Form
This form is for EU consumers who bought goods directly from usborne.com. It does not apply to UK customers.

If you are an EU consumer but bought your books from a bookshop, another retailer, or an Independent Usborne Partner, you may still have a right of withdrawal, but you should contact the person or business you bought from directly.

If you are an EU consumer, you can use this form to withdraw from your usborne.com order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You do not have to use this form, but you must clearly tell us that you wish to withdraw before the 14-day period has ended.

If you withdraw, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.

If you withdraw from your whole order, we will refund the price of the items plus the standard delivery charge, if you paid one. If you return only some items, we will refund the price of those items, but not the original delivery charge.
