EU Right of Withdrawal Form
This form is for customers who are consumers in the European Union only. It does not apply to customers in the United Kingdom.

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online order within 14 days without giving a reason. This 14-day period starts on the day after you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods. If your order is delivered in more than one parcel, the period starts on the day after you receive the last parcel.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must tell us before the 14-day withdrawal period has ended. You can use this form, but you do not have to.

If you withdraw, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us that you wish to withdraw. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, but we may wait until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have sent them back.
