Please submit your expression of interest by Wednesday 19 August 2026.

Attendance is limited to six organisations. If the workshop is oversubscribed, places will be allocated based on your responses to the questions below.

 

 

1. Why would your organisation benefit from this governance workshop?

• What governance challenges or opportunities is your board currently facing?
• Are you undertaking strategic planning, succession planning, board recruitment or governance improvements?

2. How will you apply the learning from this workshop?

• What changes or improvements do you hope to make as a result of attending?

•  How will the learning be shared with the wider board and organisation?

3. How does your organisation contribute to the Hastings District?

• Describe the communities, residents, or groups within Hastings that benefit from your work.
• Approximately what proportion of your services or activities are delivered within the Hastings District?

4. Who will attend the workshop? Please provide the names and roles of attendees.

5. Is there anything else you would like us to consider when assessing your application?

This may include information about your organisation's size, volunteer base, community reach, governance transition, or barriers to accessing professional development opportunities.
