Please fill out the form to be considered for a vending opportunity at the Pokepalooza event on October 18, 2026. You will receive an email from popcultureproductions910@gmail.com letting you know if you've been accepted or waitlisted. Check your SPAM folder! Payment must be made by the DUE DATE listed in the acceptance email or you will forfeit your spot. Cash payments can be dropped off at Buried Under Comics and Toys during regular business hours. GUIDELINES

This is a JURIED event, meaning we will hand-select each vendor based on the items offered and if they fit within the theme of the event. The theme of the event is POKEMON! We are looking for vendors who make and/or sell Pokemon themed goods such as: original art (AI is NOT accepted), crochet, 3D printed items, ceramics, jewelry, signs, clothing & accessories. We are also accepting a LIMITED number of pokemon card vendors.

THREE PHOTOS OF ITEMS YOU SELL MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH YOUR APPLICATION, ALONG WITH YOUR LOGO THAT WE CAN USE FOR MARKETING IF YOU ARE CHOSEN.

Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

10x10 space OUTSIDE - $60

Tents are highly recommended but not required. If you use a tent, tent weights are required. For safety reasons, if you show up with no tent weights, you will not be able to use your tent.

Your set-up must be completed by 11:45am the day of the event.

Your space must remain set up until 5pm. If you pack up early, you will not be invited back to participate in future events.

This event is RAIN or SHINE unless there is extreme weather. Please plan accordingly.

I understand that by submitting this event appliction, I am agreeing to the following statements:

- I am an adult 18 years of age or older and am responsible for anyone accompanying me (ie. spouse, partner, children, helpers...etc.)

- I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and HOLD HARMLESS the event organizers and its representatives, officers, servants, agents, employees and venue location from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me while participating in this market.

- I understand that the event organizers and venue owners will not be responsible for any medical costs associated with any injury.

- I specifically acknowledge that I, the Vendor, am engaging in this service as a vendor, at my own request and risk, and further acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation, benefit or insurance coverage from the event organizers or venue owners, nor will such a claim be made by me or on my behalf.

- I acknowledge that any counterfeit or fake products I sell MUST BE ADVERTISED AND SOLD AS SUCH. Selling these items without notifying the buyer is extremely unethical. If I am caught knowingly selling counterfeit products and do not notify the buyer, I understand that I will be asked to leave the event, will NOT receive a refund, and will NOT be invited back to future events.

- ALL fees paid for this event are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

- Any disrespect shown by me, or anyone accompanying me, to the event organizers and it's representatives, other fellow vendors, and event attendees could result in my immediate removal from the event and prevent me from participating in future events. In addition, my fee will be forfeited.
