AGREEMENT

I understand that the TLC Inc. Founders Club is a charitable support and recognition program of The Lighthouse Community Incorporated.

I understand that participation does not provide ownership, equity, profit-sharing, governance authority, board membership, voting rights, control over charitable funds, or any guaranteed financial return.

I understand that recognition and engagement opportunities may vary by Founders Club level and may be subject to availability, organizational capacity, participant privacy, child-safeguarding requirements, event conditions, and TLC Inc. policies.

I understand that any charitable tax deduction depends on applicable law and the value of any goods or services received. TLC Inc. will provide appropriate acknowledgment or documentation when applicable.
