No person shall institute any claim for damages or any other claim against the Omarama Gliding Club or any or all of the members of the club or persons acting on behalf of the OGC, arising from loss or injury sustained as a result of the action of any member or members of the club acting under the Jurisdiction of the club as a result of oversight, negligence or any action of any member of the club or person acting on behalf of the OGC.
I agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of the Omarama Gliding Club.
I have read the General Indemnity Clause and acknowledge that the Club is in no way responsible to me, my dependants, or to any other person, for any injury, damage or loss sustained by me or them, or for any damage, injury or loss which may be done to my property while flying club aircraft or while I am on the club's premises or airfield(s) used by the club.
