  • Booking, Delivery, and Care

    Payments: A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on the event location and will be included in your customized quote. Outdoor Installations: Balloons are sensitive to heat, direct sunlight, wind, rain, and other weather conditions. Outdoor balloon displays may not last as long as indoor installations, particularly during warmer months. Scheduling installation as close to the event start time as possible is recommended to help maximize the display’s appearance and lifespan. HeartOfSmoot cannot guarantee the condition or longevity of balloons once exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Balloon Oxidation: When latex balloons are exposed to air and sunlight, natural oxidation may occur, causing the surface to gradually change from a glossy finish to a matte or slightly dull appearance. This is a normal characteristic of latex balloons and does not affect the overall beauty or quality of the décor.
