SRC Learn-To-Swim Programme Registration Form

1. Confirmation of class will be made known to parents within one (1) week via phone call & email prior to the commencement of first lesson.
2. For guest(s) sign-ups, the Member must be present at all times during the lesson.
3. No makeup lesson or pro-rated charges for participants who fail to attend the class(es).
4. Absence from training / lessons does not indicate swimmer’s withdrawal from the programme.
5. Swimmers shall be punctual for classes as there will be no extension of time for latecomers.
6. There shall be No lesson will be held on local Public Holiday(s) and there shall be NO MAKE-UP CLASS.
7. There shall be no pro-ration of fees under any circumstances and no refund for any mid-way withdrawals.
8. There shall be strictly NO make-up classes for non-attendance on the part of the swimmer. Swimmers with Medical Certificate (MC) shall be reviewed on a case-to-case basis.
9. Parents are strictly advised not to converse with the instructor during a lesson, unless it’s an emergency. Any conversations with the instructors should be done after class
10. Payment of Lesson fees:
    a) Lesson fees MUST be paid prior to the commencement of classes
    b) The fees paid are non-refundable nor transferable
    c) All payment must be made payable to the Club through their Membership account

11. Swimmers who withdraw from the SRC Learn-To-Swim programme may re-join, subjected to an administration fee of $30.00*.

12. Lesson fees shall be charged on a monthly basis.
13. There shall be no change to the registered class timings after the commencement of the first lesson.
14. Assessment / Tests will be conducted during April, August and December subject to changes.
15. Official Upgrading will take effect from 1 May, 1 September and 1 January annually as enrolment will be automatically rolled over.
16. SRC reserves the right to conduct assessments and/or test outside of the above schedule.
17. SRC reserves the sole right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions with prior notice

 

1. Withdrawal forms received before the 15th of the month will take effect on the 1st day of the following month.
2. Withdrawal forms received from the 16th and the end of the month will take effect on the 1st of day of the month thereafter (ie: withdrawal form received on 23rd Jan, the effective withdrawal date is on 1st March).
3. Post-dated Withdrawal Forms / Notice and verbal requests over the phone or in person will not be entertained.

 

I acknowledge the above terms and conditions and agree that I will not hold Singapore Recreation Club, their appointed staff or officials responsible in any way for any mishaps, injuries or loss of life or loss of damage to any property howsoever arising out of or in the course or in connection with the above activity and I shall indemnify Singapore Recreation Club and their appointed staff and officials from any actions, proceedings, liabilities, claims, damages, cost and expenses which may be brought by or asserted against them in any connection with the same. I hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations stipulated above, subject to any amendments from time to time.
