Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance, placement, or participation in Orchids in October 2026. Vendor participation is not confirmed until Fairchild has reviewed and approved the application, received all required documents, and confirmed payment.
By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that:
- Fairchild will provide assigned vendor space.
- Fairchild will provide tables and chairs based on final event layout and availability.
- Vendors assigned outside may receive a Fairchild-provided tent, subject to final layout, availability, and Fairchild placement decisions.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own linen, extension cords, display materials, signage, overhead hanging materials, and any specialty setup items needed for their booth.
- All vendors must follow Fairchild’s load-in and load-out instructions.
Vendors may not use space outside of their assigned area without prior Fairchild approval.
- Fairchild does not guarantee special placement requests.
- Payment is due by September 25, 2026.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations after October 2, 2026.

- I agree to comply with all Fairchild event rules, operational instructions, and on-site requirements.
I agree to indemnify and hold Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden harmless from any and all claims, liability, losses and causes of action that may arise out of this agreement. The exhibitor shall pay all claims and losses of any nature whatever in connection therewith and defend all suits in the name of Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden when applicable and shall pay all costs and judgments which may issue thereon.
