I understand all classes at LSA are paid in advance on a 4 week basis. Any classes paid Weekly or fortnightly are a separate arrangement made by director. Ask for details if unsure. Any late fees will incur a £10 per week increase charge which I am held liable for. I understand I must give 4 weeks notice when opting out of term agreement/ leave of any type including holidays etc or be held liable for payment regardless. Fees are non-transferable to another class term or form of payment on merchandise and NO CLASSES will be refunded for any reason. Any leavers, holidays or occasions of absence on a term plan must be emailed only. NO FORM OF COMMUNICATION ON THIS WILL BE ACCEPTED. You MUST EMAIL ACCOUNTS. We take a 4 week leavers notice period. Venues are subject to change, you must be willing to travel within a 10 mile radius of the Craigavon area for classes if requested. Venues can be subject to change.Students and parents cannot enter premises until class begins and MUST wait outside the venues till permission to enter is given by staff. We ask all minerals and snacks are labelled kept in a lunch box or bag also labelled with a name. All inhalers must be brought to class each time and singed in and out. You can’t keep inhalers or medication on site for the foreseeable future. I understand I must Explain these new rules to my child before taking any LSA classes.

Little Starz Academy of Performing Arts NI do not accept any liability for accidents or loss while off teaching ground/ premise area. All students are fully insured under LSA personal teaching Insurance and public liability when on site in classes, shows, competitions or any performance event for LSA. Any belongings brought to classes or events are at student’s own risk. We may use photos and videos of your child in classes/ rehearsals/ shows on several social media sites to maximise publicity in a positive manor, you are giving permission for this to happen when signing this document. LSA own all copyright to photos/ videos taken/ received. All students are expected to behave and conduct in such a manner that is highly commended and noticed. Be kind, look after yourself and each other while learning and having fun. That is what we expect from every student. We have a NO BULLYING POLICY. Any form of this found and investigated will result in expulsion from the academy.
