  • About Split Cases

    To help keep packing and shipping efficient, I ask that retailers order full cases of a single design whenever possible. If you're a new retailer and would like to sample a few different designs before committing to full cases—or if your store has very limited shelf space—I'm happy to offer split cases as a courtesy.

    Please select at least 2 designs. Your selections must be evenly divided (for example: 6/6 or 6/6/6/6). Odd quantities or uneven splits cannot be accepted.

  • About Shipping

    Orders ship from Walker, Minnesota via Spee-Dee Delivery once per week, with Minnesota deliveries typically arriving the following business day. Shipping charges are based on the distance from Walker, Minnesota, and I charge only the actual shipping cost—I do not add handling fees or markup freight. For most Minnesota retailers, shipping ranges $10–20 per case. If you have your own UPS billing account and would prefer to ship UPS, I'm happy to accommodate that as well.

  • Wholesale Terms

    Before approving a wholesale account, I require a valid resale certificate or sales tax exemption documentation for your state. Minnesota retailers should provide a completed ST3 Certificate of Exemption. By submitting this application, you agree to the wholesale terms listed below and confirm that you have reviewed the full wholesale policies.

    Here are the main points you are agreeing to:

    • Valid resale certificate required.
    • MAP for all puzzles is $24. Retailers may not advertise below this price.
    • New retailers pay before shipment; established retailers may qualify for Net 30 terms.
    • Retailer assumes responsibility for shipments once they have been picked up by the carrier.
    • Damages must be reported within 5 days
    • Returns only for defects or fulfillment errors with approval
    • No sales on Amazon, Walmart, or Etsy
    • No reselling to other retailers without approval
    • Order changes must be made before shipment
    • Placing an order means agreement to full wholesale policies
