  • At Winter’s Grace on the Go Pet Concierge, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. Please notify us as soon as possible if an appointment needs to be changed or canceled.

    Appointment Cancellations

    • Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a cancellation fee.
    • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
    • Same-day cancellations may be subject to the full service fee if travel has already begun or the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for your pet.

    No-Show Policy
    If our Pet Concierge arrives at the scheduled pickup location and is unable to complete the service because the client or pet is unavailable, inaccessible, or not ready, the appointment will be considered a No-Show. No-Show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

    Veterinary or Grooming Office Delays
    Winter’s Grace on the Go Pet Concierge is not responsible for delays caused by veterinary clinics, grooming salons, boarding facilities, traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a client requests that we remain with their pet during an appointment, waiting time will be billed according to our current fee schedule.

    Emergency Cancellations
    We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at our sole discretion in situations involving:

    • Medical emergencies
    • Severe weather
    • Family emergencies
    • Veterinary office cancellations
    • Other unforeseen circumstances

    Late Arrivals
    If a client is not ready at the scheduled pickup time, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the delay. Extended delays may result in additional waiting fees or may require rescheduling based on our availability.

    Right to Decline Service
    Winter’s Grace on the Go Pet Concierge reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if:

    • A pet presents an undisclosed safety risk or aggressive behavior.
    • Conditions are unsafe for transportation.
    • Required information has not been provided.
    • Payment policies have not been met.
