I commit to participate in two meetings of the Thematic Group, and to participate in other informal discussions or activities in between the two TG meetings. The first meeting will be held in-person on 23-24 September 2026 (Brussels, Belgium). The second meeting will be held in-person on 20 January 2027 (Brussels, Belgium). Attendance at the first meeting is mandatory for you to participate in the second meeting.

I understand that there is no charge for attendance at the TG meetings. However, travel and accommodation costs may only be covered for TG members representing farmers, farming organisations, LAGs, Operational Groups (EIP), European and national civil society organisations (including NGOs), and researchers/universities. All other TG members will need to pay for their own travel and accommodation costs.
