At our first club meeting, we will have hard copies of the Georgia-Cumberland Conference's Health History form.  This will need to be completed and turned into the club so that we can have them on file for our meetings and social events.

The club dues are $10/month for each registered Adventurer.  Payment options include cash, check, card, and PayPal.  More details can be found in the Financial Commitment section of this form.

  • Uniforms and Accessories

  • Our club rents out the Adventurer's uniform pieces (shirt and jumper) instead of having you buy them. On the form below, please check which pieces are needed. If you have a scarf, slide, and awards sash from a previous year, then you will only need to rent the shirt and jumper (if a girl). Also, every Adventurer will need their unit-specific t-shirt, so please make sure to check that box.

For sizes, we'll need the following:

    • Shirt size
    • Jumper size (girls only)
    • Awards sash (small, medium, or large)

We'll go over payments at the first club meeting.  If you would like to try on a few sizes of clothing and sashes, then you are welcome to do that, and then we can update this form.

If you currently have uniform pieces from a previous Adventurer year that you would like to continue using, that is perfectly fine, but please talk to us so that we can note down the sizes as needed.

  • Financial Commitment

  • To help our Adventurer Club run as efficiently and healthily as possible, it's important for us to receive all dues and payments on time.

Dues are $10 per Adventurer child.  These dues do not include any fees for social events throughout the year, but we try hard to keep those extra fees low.

Payments can be made in-person to the Club Director, Ryan Van Dolson, via cash, check, or card.  Or you may pay with PayPal at adventurerspay@mrcsda.org.

Account statements will be sent out every month.  However, if you would like to pay for the year's dues at one time or split them between August and January, please let us know below.

We strongly encourage all families to be current with their payments before any social activity or outing and before our Investiture program.  However, we will never keep an Adventurer member or family from participating due to financial reasons.  If you do have financial difficulties, please let us know so that we can help!

  • Adventurer Bible Game

  • This year, we are continuing our club's involvement in the Adventurer Bible Game program.  We had a great time last year and are looking forward to another great year!

"The Adventurer Bible Game is the Official North American Division Adventurer Bible learning program. The program is created to challenge older adventurers to use their reading skills and their amazing ability to memorize the Bible.

It is intended to be a family-based activity with parents and Adventurers studying and playing together. Each year new passages of scripture are assigned (alternating Old Testament and New Testament) and excited Adventurers and their parents/caregivers commit themselves to study those passages of God's Word."

More information can be found here:  https://www.clubministries.org/adventurers/adventurer-bible-game/

Eunice Martin is our ABG coach and we're excited to continue offering this awesome part of Adventurers.

If your child would like to join ABG, we will have sign-ups during the first few club meetings, and we will provide more information then.
