    The Pink Room is where underground art, live music, and DIY culture collide.

     

    For one night only, Saint Mary's Center transforms into an immersive feminist rave and alternative night market celebrating independent femme, queer, trans, non-binary, and LGBTQIA+ artists, creators, musicians, and small businesses.

    Browse 55+ curated vendors while the space comes alive with two live bands, a live DJ, a costume contest, and the Dark Carnival Night Market. Whether you're discovering your next favorite artist, dancing between vendor booths, or connecting with your local creative community, The Pink Room is designed to be an experience—not just a marketplace.

     

    Part rave. Part punk show. Part underground art market. Entirely DIY.


    Inspired by the Riot Grrrl movement's values of empowerment, inclusivity, artistic expression, and mutual aid, this event exists to amplify underrepresented voices while creating an accessible, welcoming space for everyone who believes in community over competition.

    Whether you create handmade art, publish zines, restore vintage clothing, design jewelry, curate records, or make something completely your own, this is a place to share your work with people who genuinely appreciate independent creativity.

    More than a dance party—and more than a flea market—The Pink Room is a celebration of art, music, activism, and community.

    The Pink Room is built on the belief that art can create community. We strive to cultivate an environment that is welcoming, respectful, accessible, and affirming of people of all identities, backgrounds, body types, sexual orientations, and gender expressions. Harassment, discrimination, hateful merchandise, or exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated. We're interested in building a space where people can discover new artists, make connections, and leave feeling inspired.

    Everyone is welcome to apply. Our goal is to build a marketplace that reflects the diversity and creativity of our community.

  • Vendor Spaces

    This event is in-person, indoors in a carpeted room. Vendor spaces are intentionally flexible to encourage creative booth layouts. Final placement is determined by organizers, and minor adjustments may be requested during setup. Addtional space ($55), table rental ($20), and electrical outlets ($20) are limited and available for additional fees.

     

    Each Vendor Receives Approximately

    • 10 ft (width) × 5 ft (depth) Space
    • Two chairs

  • Important Considerations

    • Space is limited. Not all vendors will be selected. Selection is based on uniqueness, craftsmanship, variety, and social presence and promotion.
    • Payment for your spot must be recieved in a week (7 days from the time of acceptance email), or we will notify you that you must move you to our waiting list.
    • Organizers are not liable for lost or damaged property.
    • No refunds once payment is made.
    • Event is held in all weather, unless severe – judge your participation carefully.
    • We promote to the best of our ability, and are not responsible for your success or failure.
    • Social media links must be accurate and active.
    • Your photos may be used for promotion.
    • General city wifi available only and may be spotty (no wifi at venue).

    • I understand that not all vendors are accepted and a curation process takes place in order to ensure a variety of vendors are available to the public.
