2027 Partner Agreement
A Partner Agreement allows you to secure your sponsorships and marketing opportunities for the entire year through one single agreement instead of registering for events individually. Chamber members receive exclusive discounted pricing and enhanced benefits, making it an easy way to maximize your visibility and investment throughout the year.
Partnerships are on a first come, first serve basis.
This Partner Agreement is required for ALL partnerships.
-Event referred to as "Knowledge NOW Luncheon Presented by (Sponsor's Name)" - Logo placement on event materials - Social Media recognition tagging your business - Logo and link placement on the Chamber website event page - Special verbal recognition at the event - Option to set-up promotional/information table - Option to present for up to 15 minutes- Reserved seating for sixteen (16) - Priority seating at event

- Sponsorship to include logo on all marketing materials, social media, and website. Banner at all four Summer Sounds events, and multiple mentions from stage during event.
- Sole sponsorship of the Movie Night- Selection of the month you would like to host (first come, first serve basis)- Selection of the movie that is shown (subject to licensing availability) - Promotion of your movie night through the following avenues: Chamber Corkboard Email sent to all Chamber Members - Facebook Events + posts through the Chamber’s Facebook page that has over 10,000 followers - Opportunity to set up a booth at the Movie Night to give out promotional items or snacks / drinks to attendees (not required).
-Opportunity to speak at Retreat - Opportunity for one (1) representative to participate in retreat with participants - Event referred to as "Meet & Greet Presented by (Sponsor's Name)"- Business name listed and tagged on Chamber website - Recognition at Graduation and in Chamber marketing materials - Logo listed on Graduation programs - Social Media recognition tagging your business
Award one scholarship to a high school student to participate in the Leadership Gainesville Program. This sponsorship will cover the tuition and fees for a student to participate. By signing the 2027 Partner Agreement below, I am committing to the sponsorship(s) selected above. I understand that I will be invoiced within 30 days of submitting my application and will be responsible for paying the total amount selected prior to the event(s). I understand that the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse any sponsorship(s) selected.
