I confirm that by ordering these charity places, I accept full responsibility for selling them and acknowledge that there will be no rollover, deferral, or refund once these places are secured; they must be paid for in full. I agree that by committing to this order, I am also agreeing to the Event’s Terms & Conditions. Furthermore, I undertake to ensure that all participants are registered on the console and have completed their registration by Friday 25 June 2027. I understand that no participants can be registered after this date, and anyone not registered by the deadline will be unable to take part in the event. If I am unable to commit to these requirements, I acknowledge that it may be more appropriate to explore the “Run for Charity” (R4C) options instead.
