Priority Athlete Coverage Reservation Terms
By reserving Priority Athlete Coverage, you are reserving dedicated photography attention for your athlete during this meet.
Reservation Fee
The reservation fee is $34.
Your reservation includes a $29 store credit that may be applied toward photo purchases from this meet's online gallery.
$5 of the reservation fee is a non-refundable reservation fee that covers scheduling, planning, and reserving photography coverage for your athlete.
Store Credit
Store credit is valid only for this meet's online gallery.
Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or refunds.
Applicable sales tax is not included in the store credit and may be due at checkout.
Priority Coverage
Priority Athlete Coverage means your athlete will receive dedicated photographic attention throughout the meet. We will make every reasonable effort to:
Track your athlete throughout the meet.
Photograph each scheduled individual event your athlete competes in.
Capture a variety of high-quality images whenever photographic conditions allow.
Because live sporting events are unpredictable, we cannot guarantee a specific number of photographs, specific poses, or images from every race.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Coverage may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:
Venue or deck access restrictions
Officials, coaches, athletes, or spectators blocking the photographer's view
Schedule changes or event delays
Athlete scratches, no-shows, or event changes
Lighting, weather (if applicable), or other environmental conditions
Equipment malfunction or other unforeseen circumstances
Our Commitment
If we are unable to provide meaningful photographic coverage due solely to our error or failure to make a reasonable effort to photograph your athlete, we will, at our discretion, either:
Refund your reservation fee, or
Issue an equivalent store credit.
Photo Purchases
The reservation fee does not include digital images or prints. Images are purchased separately through the online gallery using your included store credit and any additional payment required.
