Fogleman Farms Field Trip Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in bringing your group to Fogleman Farms Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch!
Please complete the information below and we will contact you to confirm your field trip request.
Please Note:
Field trips are not reserved until you receive a confirmation email from Fogleman Farms.
This form is for groups with 50 or more students. Please follow our Facebook page for information about Homeschool Days and opportunities for smaller groups.
Field Trip Experience-Your group will enjoy:
- A pumpkin lesson covering the life cycle and growing process of pumpkins
- A hayride to our pumpkin field
- The opportunity for each paying guest to pick a pumpkin
- Access to our farm attractions, including the corn maze, pedal tricycles, duck race game, bounce houses, Mega Slide, and playground areas
- Picnic tables are available for groups wishing to eat lunch, and our concession stand will be open with food and drinks available for purchase.
Scheduling
Activity times and rotations may vary based on your group's final attendance and hayride capacity. All groups will participate in the same activities.
Pricing
Students and chaperones: $10.00 + tax ($10.67 per person)
Teachers and school staff: Free
An invoice will be sent prior to your visit once final student numbers are confirmed. Chaperones and additional siblings ages 3 and older will pay admission upon arrival.
