A tal fine dichiara assumendosi tutte le responsabilità previste dalla Legge:1.Di essere perfettamente consapevole di svolgere una attività che può comportare pericolo e di accettarne tutti i rischi, di essere in possesso di certificato medico sportivo Agonistico in corso di validità, di conoscere perfettamente in ogni punto il regolamento del campionato Acsi Drift National Series 2024 e di accettare tutte le voci in esso riportate . 2.Di esonerare gli organizzatori da ogni responsabilità per tutti i danni fisici e/o patrimoniali, che potranno derivare al sottoscritto e/o al mezzo da me condotto e/o a terzi, altresì per tutti i danni fisici e/o patrimoniali, che potranno derivare al sottoscritto dal fatto illecito di terzi. 3.Di essere perfettamente in grado di condurre il mezzo in mio possesso, di essere responsabile in prima persona di ogni azione illecita e/o di un comportamento non consono alla circolazione su pista o nei paddock, contestualmente di rispettare tutte le norme vigenti in materia di codice della strada e normative vigenti sui percorsi asfaltati a cui il codice della strada non fa riferimento e di altre normative inerenti la circolazione su parchi e terreni di demanio pubblico o privato. 4.Di seguire scrupolosamente le direttive imposte dal regolamento evento/gara e di attenermi alle direttive dettate dal personale addetto, altresì in caso di non adempienza da parte mia a tali direttive accetterò senza rimostranze l’allontanamento dall’evento, a nessun titolo potrò richiedere il rimborso della quota di iscrizione. 5.Autorizzo gli organizzatori dell’evento a trattare i miei dati personali, in relazione alla legge sulla Privacy, ai sensi dell’Art. 13 del D.L.30/6/2003 n°196. Reg.UE 679/2016 GDPR e successive modificazioni 6.Autorizzo l’autore del video, o i suoi avente causa e gli organizzatori dell’iniziativa ad utilizzare le registrazioni effettuate a mezzo telecamera (o quant'altro) della mia immagine e del mio intervento in immagini, voce o quant'altro, anche se del caso mediante riduzioni o adattamenti; a pubblicare e diffondere a titolo gratuito o per mezzo delle registrazioni sopra indicate, senza limiti di tempo e/o di spazio nell’ambito dell'iniziativa stessa e degli scopi per cui è nata. 7.Autorizzo la pubblicazione, la distribuzione e la messa in onda sulle televisioni pubbliche e private, su internet e nelle sale cinematografiche ed in ogni altro possibile e nuovo mezzo di comunicazione tramite pellicola, nastro, e supporti digitali e non, presenti e futuri. 8.Dichiaro che il mio intervento in immagini, voce o quant'altro non lesiona diritti personali o patrimoniali di terzi. 9.In nessun caso potrò rivalermi sull’autore e/o chiunque altro per il risarcimento di eventuali danni morali e materiali causati da soggetti terzi o derivati da utilizzi non previsti nella seguente Liberatoria.For this purpose, he/she declares, assuming all responsibilities provided by law:1.I declare that I am fully aware that I am engaging in an activity that may involve danger and that I accept all associated risks; that I hold a valid competitive sports medical certificate; that I am fully familiar with every part of the Acsi Drift National Series 2024 championship regulations and accept all the provisions contained therein. 2.I release the organizers from any liability for any physical and/or property damage that may be suffered by myself and/or the vehicle driven by me and/or third parties, as well as for any physical and/or property damage that may be suffered by me as a result of unlawful acts committed by third parties. 3.I declare that I am fully capable of driving the vehicle in my possession; that I am personally responsible for any unlawful act and/or inappropriate behavior while driving on the track or in the paddock areas; and that I will comply with all applicable road traffic laws and regulations, including those governing paved routes not specifically covered by the Highway Code, as well as any other regulations concerning circulation in public or private parks and land. 4.I undertake to strictly follow the directives set out in the event/race regulations and to comply with the instructions given by the staff; furthermore, in the event of my failure to comply with such directives, I will accept, without objection, removal from the event and I shall not be entitled, under any circumstances, to request a refund of the registration fee. 5.I authorize the event organizers to process my personal data in accordance with privacy legislation pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/6/2003 and EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and subsequent amendments. 6.I authorize the video author, or their assigns, and the organizers of the initiative to use recordings made by camera (or any other means) of my image and my participation in images, voice, or otherwise, including, where applicable, through reductions or adaptations; and to publish and distribute them free of charge, without time and/or territorial limits, within the scope of the initiative itself and the purposes for which it was created. 7.I authorize publication, distribution, and broadcasting on public and private television, on the internet, in cinemas, and through any other possible or future means of communication via film, tape, digital media, and any other present or future media. 8.I declare that my participation in images, voice, or otherwise does not infringe upon any personal or property rights of third parties. 9.Under no circumstances shall I make any claim against the author and/or any other party for compensation for any moral or material damages caused by third parties or resulting from uses not provided for in this release.
