    Eats & Treats is the culinary highlight of our premier regional tabletop tradeshow, bringing together the absolute best of Greater Bridgeport, Monroe, and the Valley. We are looking for local restaurants, bakeries, caterers, and beverage makers to feature their signature items.

    Tabletops & Electricity are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Registration must be received by 5:00 pm, Monday, October 19, 2026, to hold your space. Exhibitor agrees to comply with all exhibit terms (see below for details):

    EXPECTATIONS OF EATS & TREATS EXHIBITORS:

    • 250 Sample (Bite-Size) Servings of Your Choice, free of charge
    • Set-up from 12:00 pm – 1:45 pm
    • Provide samples from 2:00 pm – 5:00pm
    • Provide necessary paper plates, napkins, and plastic utensils.

    Provide proof of required Trumbull Health Department Paperwork (off-site catering fees may apply). If you do not have a permit to serve food, please go to Trumbull Health Department website: https://www.trumbull-ct.gov/DocumentCenter/View/752/Temporary-Food-License-Application-PDF for information on their requirements.

    IN RETURN, EATS & TREATS EXHIBITORS RECEIVE:

    • (2) 6’ Draped Tables
    • Exhibit sign (11” x 8.5”)
    • Waste receptacles
    • Exposure in special “Eats & Treats” Press Release & Social Media Posts
    • Targeted Mailing and Promotional Support
    • Free WiFi
    • Marketing of Event
    • Complete Attendee Registration List in an Excel Spreadsheet after the event

    PLEASE NOTE: This is a TABLETOP EXPO. No modular trade show displays (with the exception of major sponsors). Displays can not block other exhibitors. All materials must fit within your six foot space.

    • This is a TABLETOP EXPO. No modular trade show displays (with the exception of major sponsors). Displays can not block other exhibitors. All materials must fit within your six foot space.

    • Table Staff list for name badges must be turned in by 5:00 pm Friday, October 23, 2026.

    • Tables must be completely set up by 1:45pm. Set-up may also be available in advance by appointment. Tables may not be dismantled before 5:00 pm.

    • Bring an ample supply of informational materials. 2025 attendance: 400+
