Sovereign Sports Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in activities organized by Sovereign Sports, LLC, including but not limited to volleyball leagues, tournaments, clinics, open play sessions, practices, and special events.

I understand that participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, overexertion, equipment failure, and injuries that may result in serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Sovereign Sports, LLC, its owners, officers, directors, volunteers, employees, officials, sponsors, facility partners, and event staff from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, or causes of action arising out of or relating to any loss, injury, illness, or damage sustained while participating in Sovereign Sports activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in these activities and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician if I have concerns regarding my health.

I agree to abide by all league rules, facility rules, and the directions of Sovereign Sports staff and officials. I understand that unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, abusive behavior, or actions that jeopardize the safety or enjoyment of others may result in removal from an event or league without refund.

I grant Sovereign Sports, LLC permission to photograph or record video of league and event activities and to use such media for promotional, marketing, social media, and website purposes without compensation.

I understand that this waiver applies to all Sovereign Sports activities and events unless revoked in writing or replaced by a new waiver.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand this Waiver and Release of Liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
