I acknowledge that the property at 7623 Sundays Lane, Frederick, Maryland 21702 is rural private land with natural and man-made conditions that may cause injury, death, or property damage, including uneven ground, holes, mud, water, weather, insects, animals, plants, trees, structures, equipment, vehicles, parking areas, and the actions of other people. I voluntarily enter and use the property for any purpose, including recreation, events, workshops, photography, videography, and related activities, and I assume full responsibility for all risks to myself, any minor child I bring or sign for, my guests, and my property.
To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, I release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, indemnify, and covenant not to sue Sundays Lane Group LLC, ArtFarm, the property owners, lessees, operators, managers, employees, agents, contractors, vendors, volunteers, photographers, videographers, event hosts, guests, insurers, heirs, successors, and assigns, and anyone otherwise connected with the property or activity, from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, injuries, death, property damage, costs, attorney’s fees, or liability of any kind arising out of or related to my presence on or use of the property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This release applies to claims by me, my minor child, my guests, my heirs, or anyone acting on our behalf. If signing for a minor, I confirm I am the parent or legal guardian and have authority to sign.
I confirm I am entering voluntarily, at my own risk, and that I have read, understand, and freely agree to this release.
