Welcome! Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Small Town Gatherings! Our events are made possible because of incredible community members who generously share their time and talents. Whether you're able to volunteer for a few hours or throughout the season, your support helps create memorable experiences for thousands of families who visit our community each year.
We are currently seeking volunteers in two key areas:

1. Community Christmas Decorations Help transform our community into a festive holiday destination by assisting with decorating and maintaining displays throughout the season. Volunteer opportunities include: Installing holiday decorations at Clarence Wood Park Decorating additional locations throughout the community Assisting with displays along our two main corridors Seasonal touch-ups and maintenance Assisting with display removal after the holiday season

2. Ice Skating Rink Operations Our outdoor ice skating rink relies on volunteers to help provide a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for our guests during our six-week operating season. Volunteer opportunities include:
Ticket Booth Attendant
Skate Shack Attendant (skate distribution and returns)
Guest Assistance
General Event Support

Volunteer shifts are available throughout the six-week season, with flexible scheduling based on availability.
