Program Information
Thank you for expressing interest in joining the Leadership MAAR program. The Leadership MAAR program aims to build a foundation of personal leadership growth, develop that leadership through the exploration of individual preferences and traits, enhance professionalism and quality of life by effectively managing priorities, and inspire participants to share their newly acquired leadership awareness with MAAR, the Memphis area community, and beyond. There are no prerequisites to apply, but an application is required in order to ensure a worthy and diverse group of desirable individuals. Enrollment is open to all members of the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS®. Selected participants will be responsible for funding the tuition of the Leadership MAAR program. The cost for the 2027 Leadership MAAR program is $395. This includes a DISC assessment, six full day workshops, all related materials, and lunch during each session. Tuition is due two weeks prior to the first meeting date.
