Details:
- This is a paid-per-service position with typically 6 paid services available per concert cycle (may vary based on needs of a particular program)
- Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings at Beachwood HS from 7:30-10pm plus a Saturday AM rehearsal the day before the concert.
- Concerts are typically 3:30pm on Sunday afternoons plus a pre-concert warm up
Duties:
- Attend ~5 rehearsals + concert/warm up per concert cycle (number of rehearsals may vary based on needs if a particular program)
- Provide musical leadership to the string sections
- Perform solo passages as required
- Complete bowings for 1st and 2nd violin and distribute electronically before the start of the cycle
- Lead sectionals for violin/strings as requested
