    The City of Suisun City, in partnership with VnA Gingy House / VnA Creatives, Inc., is coordinating the 2026 Yardapalooza community yard sale event on Saturday, August 8, 2026. Residents who would like to participate may use this form to request inclusion in the public participant list and general event map for the event. Please note that participating addresses will be publicly shared as part of the event listing and map, and information submitted to the City may be subject to disclosure under the California Public Records Act.

  • By submitting this form, I request that the City of Suisun City include my residence and sale location in the 2026 Yardapalooza participant listing and general event map for the community event to be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026, in partnership with VnA Gingy House / VnA Creatives, Inc.

    I understand that the City of Suisun City and VnA Gingy House / VnA Creatives, Inc. are participating in this event solely as community information partners and are not operating, supervising, inspecting, endorsing, or guaranteeing any individual yard sale location.

    I authorize the City of Suisun City and VnA Gingy House / VnA Creatives, Inc. to publicly list the address I provide for participation in printed and/or digital event materials, including a general event map, participant list, website posting, and related promotional materials for Yardapalooza. I understand that this address will be visible to the public.

    I understand that information submitted to the City of Suisun City in connection with this program, including my name, address, email address, and phone number, may constitute a public record subject to disclosure under the California Public Records Act, unless an applicable legal exemption applies.

    I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for my property, sale setup, signage, transactions, security, and the conduct and safety of all persons attending my sale location.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, I assume all risks associated with participating in Yardapalooza from my property and release, waive, and discharge the City of Suisun City, its officers, officials, employees, and agents, and VnA Gingy House / VnA Creatives, Inc., its officers, directors, members, and agents, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, except to the extent caused by the sole gross negligence or willful misconduct of the City or VnA Gingy House / VnA Creatives, Inc., as applicable.

    I further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of Suisun City, its officers, officials, employees, and agents, and VnA Gingy House / VnA Creatives, Inc., its officers, directors, members, and agents, from and against claims arising out of or related to my participation, operation of my sale, premises conditions, or acts or omissions by me or my guests, customers, or invitees, except to the extent caused by the sole gross negligence or willful misconduct of the City or VnA Gingy House / VnA Creatives, Inc., as applicable.
