Sample Approval Conditions
Once the sample has been approved, Solskin Beauty Labs will commence stability testing. Stability testing will be conducted in Solskin Beauty Labs stock packaging, unless the customer provides their final packaging. Stability testing will last for 12 weeks, unless waived by the customer in writing. If the customer decides to launch the product or order packaging prior to stability testing being completed, they agree to the following:
- Any claims made by the brand are the customers responsibility to ensure they are sufficiently substantiated, correct and not misleading. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure the customer's brief is met as closely as possible, from time to time, final ingredient listings may not reflect the exact initial brief, and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they fully review the ingredient listing before proceeding to order or designing packaging and marketing materials to ensure any claims are correct.
- Solskin Beauty Labs strongly recommends that the customer conduct appropriate stability testing on their finalized and approved formulation. Should the customer choose to proceed without performing such tests, they do so at their own risk and expressly acknowledge and agree that Solskin Beauty Labs shall not be held liable for any actual or alleged issues related to product safety, stability, performance, microbial contamination, or overall product quality. By foregoing testing, the customer assumes full responsibility and liability for any consequences arising from the distribution, sale, or use of the product. A copy of Solskin Beauty Labs price list for these tests (and additional tests) is available upon request.
- The customer confirms they have reviewed and approved the submitted sample formulation. By signing, the customer acknowledges and accepts the Terms & Conditions outlined in this document.
- Solskin Beauty Labs makes no representations or guarantees regarding the stability of the product, nor its suitability, compatibility, or the performance of its packaging.
- The client accepts full responsibility for any issues related to product instability or failure, as well as any problems concerning packaging suitability, compatibility, or failure.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold Solskin Beauty Labs harmless from any and all losses arising from such issues, including but not limited to any costs, charges, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) incurred by the client or any third party as a result.
