⚖ Coffee & Cars Vendor Agreement & Liability Disclaimer
Vendor agrees to hold harmless Coffee & Cars, its organizers, staff, sponsors, and venue owners from any claims, damages, or injuries related to participation in the event.

Vendors are responsible for their own insurance. Unless stated otherwise, no power or water will be provided. Generators must be quiet and accompanied by a working fire extinguisher.

All tents must be properly weighted. Staking into pavement is prohibited. Vendors must be fully set up 30 minutes before the event begins, and early breakdowns are not allowed. Vendor fees are non-refundable.

If an event is canceled due to weather, a credit may be applied toward a future Coffee & Cars event.
