The Downtown Neighborhood Association (DNA), Ward 5 Councilman Richard Starr, and community partners are working to better understand what type of grocery store and neighborhood retail would best serve Downtown residents and workers.
This survey is designed to gather information about shopping habits, grocery spending, travel patterns, and the features people value most in a Downtown grocery store. The results will help inform conversations with prospective grocery operators, developers, and civic leaders as efforts continue to recruit a long-term grocery solution for Downtown Cleveland.
The survey takes approximately 8–10 minutes to complete. Individual responses will remain confidential and results will be reported in aggregate.
