    With the introduction of the AXIS Display we have expanded our offering to 5 packages to accomodate our customers.

     

    VFR

    This package remains largely unchanged and is designed to provide the essential capabilities required for VFR operations

    Basic IFR

    Based on our original Basic IFR package, this configuration retains the traditional center stack for pilots who prefer the familiar layout or simply want to keep their navigator separate from the primary flight display. It offers the same integrated functionality while preserving the classic panel design.

    Basic IFR +

    Staying true to the core mission of our Basic IFR package, this configuration delivers a cleaner, more streamlined panel by eliminating the traditional center stack while retaining the GMC 507 autopilot controller and G5 electronic flight instrument. The GNX 375 is replaced by the GDU 116NC AXIS display, which integrates a certified WAAS IFR GPS navigator, COM radio, and audio panel into a single display.

    Advanced IFR

    Built on our original Advanced IFR package, this configuration retains the traditional center stack for pilots who prefer its familiar layout while adding the enhanced capabilities of the Garmin GTN Xi series navigators. With full WAAS GPS, ILS, and VOR navigation, it delivers maximum IFR capability without sacrificing the aesthetics of a conventional instrument panel.

    Advanced IFR +

    Designed for pilots who demand the highest level of IFR capability, this package delivers a clean, modern flight deck by eliminating the traditional center stack. By integrating the navigator, COM and NAV radio, as well as the audio panel into the AXIS display, it maximizes panel space while providing uncompromising IFR performance

    Adding a third display is only available with the Basic IFR + and Advanced IFR + packages.

    Panel space will be tight so you must keep items on the panel to a minimum in order to fit the third screen.

    We offer panel backlighting which we offer in 2 styles.

    The original style is an overlay panel that is just under a quarter inch in thickness that is milled and fitted with a circuitboard with LEDs attached, much like what is seen on airliners. Since these circuitboards have to be custom made for each unique setup, we have a few standard setups that help keep cost down as well as guarantee integrity of the panels. 

    Our later style is a flush backlighting. It is comprised of a thin overlay that is printed in multiple colors and backlighted from behind that givs it a nice clean look. This version includes a throttle quadranrt backlight on the TSi and it adds $1,500 over the cost of the standard backlighting.

  • Wing & Tail Harnesses

    If you are starting your build from a flat kit (not quick build). We can supply wing and tail harnesses that you can lay in the plane. These harnesses will have the connectors at the root of the wings and beginning of the tail section to connect to our main harness.

  • COAX Kit

    We do not build coax into the harnesses due to the sharp bends that can happen. We do however offer coax kits that will include the coax along with the TNC and BNC connectors needed with one end pre terminated. You will only need to run the coax through the plane and termiante the other end.

  • Battery Cable Kit

    We also offer a battery cable kit with all of the items you neeed to make battery connections for the firewall forward. The kit includes the cable, solder slugs, lugs and shrink wrap.

    We offer color coded Pitot, Static and AOA tubing and connectors needed to connect properly connect up to your AHRS and G5 to the pitot and static.

  • We are now offering the Aithre AVi24 & AVi64 Traditional and Turbo Oxygen Concentrator systems.

    These systems are perfect for the high climbing capabilities of the Sling 4, Sling TSi and Sling HW.

    These systems can use the Illyrian Pulse OX to deliver the proper amount of oxygen to maintain the proper levels of oxygen.
