Any submitted request is not a guaranteed commission slot. Custom commission pieces are subject to approval. Approved commisions require a 50% non-refundable deposit before I will start on your piece. I will send updates through out the process. After final approval I will complete your piece and get it ready for shipping. Once a completion email has been SENT, final payment including the rest of the purchase price as well as shipping costs will be due within 24 hrs. If payment is not received within the 24 hr time limit given, you lose your deposit and the piece will be listed on my website for sale. Shipping is paid by the buyer - packages will have a choice of shipping speeds and all packages are insured. I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages, however if issues arise please notify me and I can open an insurance claim. If damage occurs, please notify me within 24 hrs, keep all packaging and materials and provide photos.
