Attendance: If you're unable to attend the First Friday Art Walk you signed up for, please provide two weeks' notice of your absence or coordinate a replacement person to attend in your booth/business.

In the event of denial, the $30 application fee will be refunded.

Please note: Participating art organizations are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, supplies, and any additional lighting needed for their display. The City will provide one light per space. If an organization requires a tent, table, or chairs, arrangements must be made with City staff in advance at artinfo@ocalafl.gov.

Deadline: To participate in the complete season of First Friday Art Walk, applications are due: September 7, 2026. For the remaining season, First Friday Art Walk application deadline is the first day of the month prior to the next First Friday Art Walk. (i.e. October 1^st is the deadline for November Art Walk).

Applications are reviewed on a rolling monthly basis throughout the Art Walk season. Applicants will be notified of acceptance or denial and, if selected, their assigned location by the 15^th day of the month prior to the requested Art Walk.
