Kelburn Garden Party advocates equality of opportunity for people with accessibility requirements, all requirements need to be booked in advance of your arrival onsite so please complete this form in full to ensure your needs are covered.

The information given is kept confidential and will help us to provide a more accessible and inclusive experience, ensuring that we are doing our very best to meet your needs.

You will need your Adult Ticket Booking Reference Number from Citizen Ticket.
Payment Plan customers, your application will be assessed and put on hold until you have paid your final instalment.

Do you require a Companion to assist you throughout the weekend?

One free Companion Ticket permitted per Adult Weekend ticket holder. The ticket holder must arrive at the Box Office with their Companion.

Will you be staying in our Accessible Camping Area?

Including yourself, how many adults (over 18) will be in your group?

Please use this section to let us know how many people you will be camping with in Accessibility. As space is limited we can only permit up to 3 people to join you (e.g. your Companion and 2 friends).

What will you and members of your group be staying in whilst at the Festival?

We need to know how much space you need to camp comfortably to ensure we can fit everyone in the Accessibility Camping Area. If you are staying in a live-in vehicle, please remember to buy the relevant ticket from our website.

How many children/youths will be staying with you?

So we have an idea of your total party size for Accessible Camping.

Do you require Accessible parking?

Due to space limitations, only one vehicle will be permitted to park in the Accessible Car Park. All other vehicles are required to be parked in one of the nearby car parks. Please remember to purchase the appropriate vehicle tickets from our website.

Will you be bringing medication that needs to be refrigerated?

Medication can be stored with the onsite Medical Team.

Do you require power?

Power will not be issued for general use and must be utilised for mobility aids and/or medical equipment. Power is ONLY available close to our Event Control Office.
