As a small charity, we have limited funding available to support some bookings. If you would like to be considered for a fully or partially funded session, please select "Yes". Funding is not guaranteed and is subject to our eligibility criteria and available funding.

Cancellation Policy - We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. As a small charity we do not have the budget to absorb these and will still have to invoice with short notice cancellations. Cancellations at 14 days notice or less will incur the same costs as if our sessions have taken place. This is due to our staff still being paid by us at full rate or freelance staff missing out on other commitments. Please confirm that this has been read and understood.*
