  • Festival Hours Friday 12/4 - 1pm-5pm (Vendors can show up as early as 10am, all vendors must be set up by 1pm) Saturday 12/5 - 9am-5pm Sunday 12/6 - 10am-2pm

  • Please complete this application form and include the following:

    • At least one photo of your booth setup
    • Four clear photos of the products you intend to sell

    These materials will be reviewed by our jury to determine acceptance into the festival. Please note that we typically receive more applications than available spaces, so make your photos count!

  • NO AI ART WILL BE ACCEPTED

  • Application Due Date: October 9, 2026 Notification of Acceptance: October 15, 2026 Payment Due Date: October 21, 2026

  • If accepted and payment is not received by the deadline, your space will be given away. Each vendor is required to provide one door prize.

    Application/Jury Fee: $25 (If accepted, this amount will be applied toward your booth fee. This fee is non-refundable.)
