The Suffolk Art League is officially accepting dealer applications for our premier annual fundraiser, the 43rd Annual Antique Show & Sale! Join us as a featured vendor at the beautiful, upscale Hilton Garden Inn Suffolk Riverfront for a weekend that draws dedicated collectors, interior designers, and antique enthusiasts from across the region. Friday, March 5 | Exclusive Preview Sale & Social (Ticketed Event): Kick off the weekend with our high-traffic Preview Night! This exclusive, ticketed evening gives enthusiastic buyers early access to the floor while enjoying refreshments, ensuring an excellent opening night for sales. Saturday, March 6 & Sunday, March 7 | General Public Sale: Two full days of bustling public shopping, widely promoted across the Hampton Roads region.

Premier Waterfront Venue: The Hilton Garden Inn offers a professional, climate-controlled, and highly accessible showroom with convenient loading zones for vendors. Strong Community Legacy: As our signature 43rd-annual event, this show carries a massive, built-in audience of loyal patrons.Extensive Marketing Support: Benefit from our widespread regional promotional campaign, including print, digital, radio, and social media advertising.

Each vendor will have one table included with the fee, either a 6ft or 8ft table. Each additional table will be $18. The Hilton Garden Inn does not allow outside tables, if you require more than the allotted table, you will need to pay for the other tables. There is an additional fee of $15 if you require electricity for your booth.

Submission deadline is October 1, 2026. Notifications of acceptance and waitlist will be sent out on October 15. If accepted, a $50 non-refundable deposit will need to be paid by November 15. Full Balance due is January 15 *no exceptions.* Once accepted, a dealer contract will be mailed out with full details, and booth price.
