Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the La Porte Texans, Darlings & Stars!

We're excited to partner with local businesses, food vendors, crafters, and organizations throughout our 2026 football season.

Please complete the application below. Once your application has been reviewed, you'll receive an email regarding your approval status and payment instructions. Vendor spaces are limited and are reserved only after payment has been received.

Vendor Space Selection

Please select the type of vendor space you are requesting. Vendor spaces are limited and are assigned on a first-paid, first-confimation basis following application approval.
- Each vendor space measures 12' x 12'.
- Booths will be located adjacent to the football field on either concrete or grass, depending on your assigned location.
- Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and supplies.
- Electricity and ice are not provided
- We cannot provide any change from the concession stand

Food Vendor Restrictions

Please Note: Food vendors are not permitted to sell any items that are offered at our concession stand. This includes, but is not limited to:

Water, soda, energy drinks, Gatorade, ice, candy, popcorn, pickles, pickle pops, chips, Hot Cheetos & cheese, nachos, hot dogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, cheese sticks, sausage on a stick, fries, Frito pies, jalapeño poppers, chicken nuggets, breakfast tacos, lemonade, ice cream, and boudin balls.

All vendor menus are subject to approval by La Porte Texans Darlings & Stars.

Please select the home game(s) you would like to participate in. You may choose one or multiple dates.

⚠️ Important: You may select multiple game dates; however, this does not guarantee a space for every date selected. Each game must be paid for to reserve your space. Vendor spots are filled on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

I understand that the La Porte Texans, Darlings & Stars, its board members, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage to property, or personal injury that may occur before, during, or after the event.

I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee vendor approval or reserve a vendor space.
