Select a Partner Program level if you’re interested in a year-round partnership and guaranteed space at the Invitational. If you’re only interested in the Invitational, skip the Partner Program and continue to the Invitational Only section. If a Partner Program spot is not available, you’ll automatically be added to the Invitational Interest list.

PARTNER PROGRAM

The IRF Partner Program offers a comprehensive year-long collaboration
encompassing research, events, marketing endeavors, and a host of
other strategic activations.

The Partner Program offers 4 levels with benefits for each level to include guaranteed space(s) to the Invitational. Check out the Prospectus for details on each of the benefits.

INVITATIONAL only

Hotel del Coronado - June 1-4, 2027 (Tuesday-Friday)

Fee per representative: $5,500 USD. All Partners are required to submit a $3,000 FMV Auction Donation per representative (or a $1,500 USD cash buy out)

Determining the max representatives allocated per orgainzation will be based on a combination of availability in each segment, history and date & time the form was received.

Hotel Accommodations: Discounted accommodations for registered attendees are available at the rate of $329.00 single/ double USD per night, plus taxes, during the program dates.

How many spaces are you interesting in contracting?* Based on $5,500 per person registration with a minimum FMV Auction donation of $3,000 (or a $1,500 buy out fee in place of the auction donation). Determining the number of spaces you’ll be allocated will be based on a combination of availability in your segment, history and date & time the form was received.

EUROPEAN THOUGHT LEADERS SUMMIT

The IRF European Thought Leader Summit brings together European incentives
professionals for education and networking. During this two-day experiential
event, attendees participate in facilitated discussions and authentic destination
experiences. Some of the brightest minds in the industry will discuss new IRF
research on the European incentive market, and collaborate with peers in a neutral,
non-competitive environment.

Destination: Marbella, Spain; 22-24 February

Hotel: Anantara Villa Padierna Palace Benahavís Marbella Resort

Fee per representative: $4,000 USD.

Hotel Accommodations: Discounted accommodations for registered attendees will be available during the program dates.
